1. Acceptance of these terms

By accessing this website, creating an account, or purchasing a product, you agree to these Terms of Service and the policies linked from them. If you do not agree, do not use the website or purchase a product. You must be at least 18 years old, or have the permission of a parent or legal guardian who accepts these terms for you.

2. About ib4ngz

This website is operated by Iqbal R. under the name ib4ngz in Indonesia. It presents portfolio work and offers prebuilt digital products, including downloadable software and related license access. Product descriptions, system requirements, pricing, license duration, and device limits are displayed on the relevant product page.

3. Customer accounts

You must provide accurate information and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for activity performed through your account and should notify us promptly if you believe it has been accessed without authorization. We may restrict or suspend an account when reasonably necessary to protect customers, the service, or our legal rights.

4. Orders, pricing, and payment

Prices and currencies are shown before checkout. Payments are handled by the payment provider identified at checkout, which may act as the merchant of record. Applicable taxes, payment methods, and final charges may therefore be calculated or presented by that provider. An order is complete only after payment has been confirmed.

We may correct an obvious pricing or product-information error before fulfillment. If payment has already been collected for an order we cannot fulfill, the order will be canceled and the payment refunded.

5. Digital delivery and software licenses

Purchased products are delivered digitally to the customer account or through instructions shown after checkout. When a product requires a license, each completed purchase grants a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable right to use that product according to the duration and device limit displayed at purchase.

• License keys and account access may not be shared, sold, or published.
• A licensed application may use a random installation identifier to count activated devices. The identifier is transformed before it is stored by the website.
• Reinstalling, replacing, or deactivating a device may require you to manage its activation from your account or contact support.
• Updates and support are included only when stated on the product page; purchasing a product does not promise future features.

6. Acceptable use

You may not use the website or any product to:

• break applicable laws, regulations, privacy rights, or third-party terms;
• access private data, bypass authentication, or interfere with a website, network, account, or security control;
• collect or process personal data without an appropriate legal basis, or send spam, unsolicited bulk messages, or unlawful marketing;
• distribute malware, probe vulnerabilities without authorization, or disrupt the service or another system;
• copy, resell, sublicense, or redistribute a product or license except where we have given written permission; or
• infringe intellectual property or other rights.

Tools that work with public websites must be used only on sources you are permitted to access. You are responsible for evaluating the laws, website terms, consent requirements, and communication rules that apply to your use and any resulting data.

The website, original product code, designs, documentation, branding, and other original materials remain owned by ib4ngz or their respective licensors. Purchasing a product grants usage rights only; it does not transfer ownership unless a written agreement expressly says otherwise. Third-party names and trademarks belong to their respective owners.

Where a material change affects an active paid license, we will make reasonable efforts to provide notice or an appropriate remedy.

11. Disclaimers

To the extent permitted by law, the website and products are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee that a product will meet every workflow, remain compatible with every third-party website or system, or produce complete or error-free results. You are responsible for reviewing outputs and maintaining appropriate backups and safeguards.

12. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ib4ngz will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses, or for lost profits, data, business opportunities, or goodwill arising from use of the website or a product. Our total liability for a claim relating to a purchased product will not exceed the amount you paid for that product during the twelve months before the claim. These limits do not apply where liability cannot legally be limited.

13. Suspension and termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access when you materially breach these terms, misuse a product, create a security or legal risk, or fail to pay an applicable charge. Where practical, we will provide notice and an opportunity to resolve the issue.

14. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Indonesia, without overriding any mandatory consumer protections that apply in your country. Before starting formal proceedings, both parties should make a good-faith effort to resolve a dispute through direct communication.
