Refund Policy

1. Overview

Products sold through this website are delivered digitally, often with immediate download access or a software license. Please review the product description, system requirements, included files, license term, and device limit before purchasing.

Refund requests should be submitted within 14 calendar days of purchase. This policy does not limit any mandatory consumer right or remedy that applies under law.

2. Eligible refund reasons

A refund may be approved when:

• you were charged more than once for the same intended purchase;
• payment completed but the product or license was not delivered;
• a reproducible technical defect prevents the product's primary advertised function and we cannot provide a reasonable fix or workaround;
• the delivered product is materially different from its description; or
• the refund is required by applicable consumer law.

We may ask you to complete reasonable troubleshooting steps so we can confirm and resolve a technical issue before issuing a refund.

3. Change-of-mind requests

A change-of-mind refund may be considered within 14 calendar days when the product has not been downloaded, accessed, or activated. Once digital content has been delivered, downloaded, or a license has been activated, change-of-mind refunds may be declined where permitted by law. This does not affect remedies for defective or misdescribed products.

4. Generally ineligible situations

Unless required by law, refunds are generally not provided when:

• the request is made more than 14 calendar days after purchase;
• the product works as described but does not match a preference or an unlisted use case;
• published system requirements or compatibility information were not followed;
• access was suspended because of unlawful use, license sharing, fraud, chargeback abuse, or another material breach of the Terms of Service;
• a third-party website, platform, or service changed after purchase in a way outside our reasonable control; or
• you are unable to provide enough information to identify the order.

5. How to request a refund

Submit your request through the Contact section using the email address associated with your customer account. Include:

• your order reference or receipt number;
• the product name and purchase date;
• the reason for the request; and
• relevant screenshots, error messages, or troubleshooting details for a technical issue, without including passwords or full license keys.

We aim to review complete requests within five business days. Complex technical or payment cases may take longer, and we will provide an update when additional time or information is needed.

6. How approved refunds are processed

Approved refunds are normally returned through the original payment provider and payment method. The provider or merchant of record may require additional verification and may apply its own processing rules. After approval, banks and payment services may take 5–10 business days, or longer in some regions, to display the funds.

7. Effect of a refund

When a purchase is refunded, the related download entitlement and license may be revoked or marked as refunded. You must stop using the product and delete retained copies where required by the license terms.

8. Payment-provider and statutory rights

If the payment provider identified at checkout offers protections that are more favorable than this policy, or applicable law grants additional rights, those protections remain available. Please contact us before opening a payment dispute so we have an opportunity to investigate, but doing so does not waive any right you cannot legally waive.
